Warranty and Aftercare

What’s covered:
We warranty manufacturing defects such as issues to the components and workmanship within your stated warranty period (see your order confirmation/receipt). If a fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Not covered (examples)

General wear and tear: light scratches, scuffs, micro-marks, loss of shine, minor colour softening from daily use.

Finish changes from substances or environments: any discolouration, staining, spotting, or “tarnish-like” marks caused by chemicals, cosmetics, or environmental exposure.

Accidental damage or misuse: impacts, drops, dents, crushed links, cracked crystals, or damage from improper handling, storage, or cleaning.

Water/steam exposure beyond rating: including hot tubs, saunas, and high-pressure showers.

Unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Gold PVD finish—important notice:

Gold PVD is a durable, vacuum-bonded coating. It does not “tarnish” like raw brass or silver; however, chemical reactions and abrasion can cause surface discolouration or dulling. These cosmetic effects are considered normal wear and are not manufacturing defects.

Avoid these on/near the watch (can alter colour or leave marks):

Fragrance & cosmetics: perfume, aftershave, deodorant sprays, hair products, self-tan.

Skincare & sanitiser: lotions/creams, sunscreen, retinol/AHA/BHA acids, alcohol-based hand sanitisers.

Household & industrial cleaners: bleach, ammonia, solvents (acetone), detergents, metal polishes, abrasive pastes.

Repellents & chemicals: DEET insect repellent, chlorine, salts, strong acids/alkalis.

Physical abrasion: rubbing against zips, desks, bags, gritty dust/sand, or stacked jewellery.

Care guidance (to preserve the finish):

- Wipe after wear with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.

- For marks, rinse briefly in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, pat dry immediately.

- Apply fragrance/lotions first; allow to fully dry before putting the watch on.

- Remove before sauna/steam.

Do not use abrasive cloths, metal polishes, ultrasonic cleaners, or alcohol/acetone wipes.

Making a warranty claim
If you believe you have a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number, photos, and a brief description. Our team will assess the item; if the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement. Cosmetic wear or finish changes from the causes above are outside warranty.
